We are doomed, wanny we will be lucky to win one more game this year. Next year maybe 3 or 4, remember we are 2-9 over our last 11. UCONN and UVa blew us out, remember "give him more time", hell give him until the end of time, he will never take us to a bowl game or have a winning season.
He's an idiot, we are the laughing stock of the big east, WVU is going to hang 60 plus on us.

Vito--please contact Pitt's chancellor. Pitt doesn't have an AD. Wanny aint gonna get fired. Pitt loves to fire coaches and their AD's always leave. What's that tell you? We don't have a good program. Your anger should be directed towards the chancellor and not the coach. Kentucky fans wanted Rich Brooks fired after year 3 and 4. Same thing with Greg Schiano at Rutgers and Frank Beamer at VT. Sure you can point to guys have early success like the coach at BC or ASU or Cincy. But did you ever think that those schools just have better programs than Pitt? Maybe they got their shit together and we don't. Firing the coach is the easy thing to do and the next coach aint gonna win either. Let the guy play out his contact and make a gentleman's agreement on an extension. Wanny cares about Pitt and if he doesn't win next year, I am sure he will resign on his own. But without a QB with experience, his best offensive lineman, his best offensive weapon, and his best defensive lineman and a number of other players out, WHAT THE HELL DID YOU THINK WAS GOING TO HAPPEN? We aren't Florida, we don't have a stockpile of great players at each position. Sure Wanny aint happy, no one is, but he will address the issues and he hasn't been playing with a full deck. Keep the faith Vito. No one said it was easy being a Pitt fan. It builds character and puts some hair on your chest big guy.

I cannot accept your logic, we were an established program when wanny took over. I can see a step or two backwards in the coaching transition but we are in reverse and going 120 mph, we are just absolutely terrible.

The real eye opener should have been the loss to Ohio U in 2006.
That was true wanny it really reminded me of Miami and Chicago. I lived in Chicago when wanny coached and have always folowed the Dolphins since Marino.
Wanny is coaching like only wanny can.
Maybe Coach Majors can come back... hire Walt Harris as his offensive coordinator... and put Foge Fazio in as defensive coordinator. Then Pitt will have a real good team... yeah, right.
C'mon. Enough of this b.s.
We're not entitled to anything. No Pitt coach has done anything in year three. Let's judge Wanny on year 5.
Just let Wanny alone. Buy some tickets to the game, tailgate, drink some beer, and cheer them Panthers onto victory.
And shut up about everything else.
Yeah and Miami is just such a great program. Jimmy Johnson couldn't win there and neither could Nick Saban. And now Cammy Cameron is doing a fine job. I think it has a lot more to do with the program then the coach Vito Corleone.
